The 30-year-old Manuel Baier is a big Roger Federer‘s fan. That’s why he wanted to get a tattoo of his logo “RF” and the “Chum Jetze” incitement earlier this year in January on his own back.
Behind the tattoo, there is a promise he made to his friends. ‘I told them years ago: if Roger Federer wins a Grand Slam again, I Will get a tattoo.’ After Federer’s triumph in Melbourne, he immediately did it.
Last week Baier met Federer himself during Basel event. ‘I reached Switzerland specifically to attend Swiss Indoors. When I met him, I showed him a pic of my tattoo. He was surprised and excited.
